High School Strength & Conditioning Summer Program

Book Appointment Online

Join us this summer at PTU Bridgewater for a small-group strength and conditioning program designed specifically for high school athletes looking to improve performance and build confidence heading into their sport season.

This program will run June 22 through August 26, with sessions held Mondays and Wednesdays for 1 hour at PTU in Bridgewater.

Athletes will focus on developing the key physical skills needed for sport, including improved landing, acceleration, and deceleration mechanics, which help enhance change of direction and sport-specific agility. The program will also target overall speed and strength development while helping athletes build greater confidence both on and off the field.

To ensure individualized attention and quality coaching, classes will be capped at 6 athletes.
