The PTU App is a collection of workouts made by PTU staff designed to get you stronger, increase your flexibility, and become more resilient.
New workouts will be added monthly and each workout includes video demonstrations of each exercise. The current exercise library includes 32 different workouts.  Workouts can be completed at home or in a gym- minimal to no equipment required!
