Good Faith Estimate

At PTU we strive to be upfront with you about all costs.  If we are not contracted with your insurance we will provide with a good faith estimate for projected costs of PT and/or OT visits.  This estimate will be provided prior to services and may be updated as appropriate after your evaluation or re-evaluation.  Please see below for more details.   If you would like a comprehensive Good Faith Estimate for PT and/or OT services please contact the office at 508-697-2000 and we will put something together for you!
